IRD April 2020 Easter close down update
IRD have confirmed they are doing their stage 4 upgrade to systems over the 7 day period from 3pm on Thursday 9th April until the morning of Thursday, 16 April. (Exact time unknown.)
During this time call centres, website including MyIR Secure Online Services, and Gateway access, will be unavailable.
Customer service counters in all of our offices will remain closed during lock-down.
Payments can still be made
N.B Any uploads to MyIR still in holding state prior to 3pm on the 9th April, i.e not submitted will be deleted.
